When you think about large automotive shows, you might think of SEMA or the North American International Auto Show or one of the internationalization shows like the Tokyo Motor Show. But did you know that CES is considered one of the top 10 automotive shows by USA Today? Wait, CES? The show about consumer electronics? That tradeshow about TV’s? Yep, that same very show about TV’s, VR, connect home, robots and drones.
There will be over 290,000 sq/ft of exhibitor space at CES 2018 dedicated to the automotive industry, with major manufactures like Ford (with Ford President and CEO Jim Hackett giving one of the keynotes), Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai and Mercedes being represented on the exhibitor floor. This in conjunction with about 600 other companies that support the automobile industry in some fashion (hardware, software, engineering etc).
CES 2018 promises to entertain us with a look into the future and we hope to capture as much from this side of CES as possible. Stay tuned!
